Satyam to announce
First Quarter Results on July 18, 2008

Hyderabad (India), July 03, 2008: Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE: SAY), one of the  leading global consulting and information technology services company, will announce both Indian GAAP and US GAAP results for its quarter ended June  30th, 2008, on the morning of July 18, 2008 (IST).

The release will be followed by a conference call where Satyam’s Founder and Chairman
B. Ramalinga Raju, Ram Mynampati, Member of the Board & President, Commercial and Healthcare businesses, and other members of Satyam management will discuss the performance of the quarter.

The call will be at 7:00 PM IST (9:30 PM in Hong Kong and Singapore, 2:30 PM in London and 9:30 AM in New York) on July 18th, 2008.
