New investments will center on New Service Offerings, Innovation Centers and Centers of Excellence, Process and Training, hiring the best across the experience spectrum, and in Increasing client intimacy.
Investments in Infrastructure Management Services
Infrastructure Management Services is seen as a key enabler for other services, often being an entry point into customer accounts, paving the way for other key revenue-generating services such as BPO and ADMS.
New investments in this area will be aimed at creating and consolidating tool / platform / vendor / location-agnostic, best-of-breed, standards-based, quality-certified, metrics-driven capabilities.
Investments in Technologies
As the technology landscape throws up better versions and newer technologies, Satyam’s focus will be on four categories for potential investments:
- Technologies that spawn New Applications
- Technologies that result in Better TCO
- Technologies for better solution building
- Technologies that change the way business is done
Investments in BPO
The accent is on ramping up our BPO capabilities, through our subsidiary Satyam BPO Limited, and offer specialty BPO offerings.
